PES hot melt adhesive powder has good heat resistance, solvent resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be firmly combined with various fabrics.
The crushing method of PES hot melt adhesive powder is similar to that of EVA hot melt adhesive powder, mainly using mechanical crushing method, such as shear crusher, impact crusher and so on. When crushing, it is necessary to pay attention to control the temperature to avoid the material from being broken due to high temperature melting.
Third, PA hot melt adhesive powder
PA hot melt adhesive powder is a material with polyamide as the main component, and its particles are usually white or yellow. PA hot melt rubber powder melting point between 190°C-220°C, with high viscosity, high elasticity and good wear resistance, can be widely used in textiles, leather and other industries.
The grinding method of PA hot melt adhesive powder is similar to that of EVA and PES hot melt adhesive powder, mainly using mechanical crushing method. When crushing, attention should be paid to controlling the temperature to prevent the material from being broken due to high temperature melting.
Fourth, TPU hot melt adhesive powder
TPU hot melt adhesive powder is a material with polyurethane as the main component, and its particles are usually white or yellow. TPU hot melt adhesive powder has a melting point between 160°C and 200°C, has good elasticity and flexibility, and can be closely combined with textiles and other materials.
The grinding processing method of TPU hot melt adhesive powder is similar to the previous several hot melt adhesive powder, mainly using mechanical crushing method, such as shear crusher, impact crusher and so on. Compared with other materials, the crushing difficulty of TPU hot melt adhesive powder is greater, and high-quality crushing equipment needs to be selected to ensure the crushing effect and product quality.
