Manufacturing method of PE ultrafine powder

The manufacturing methods of PE ultrafine powder are various, and the commonly used methods are chemical method, physical method and mechanical method.


Chemical method: The chemical method is a method of breaking PE polymer chains into small molecules, usually using chemical reactants to eliminate the bonds between PE molecules, so that PE molecules are broken into small molecules. This method has low production costs, but because mechanical friction generates a lot of heat, the resulting powder needs to be cooled.
