The process of plastic powder processing

1. Extrusion process

(1) Plastic powder ingredients: Mix a variety of plastic powder according to the formula ratio and add it to the feeding mouth of the extruder.

(2) Heating melting: the plastic is heated by the screw and the heater to melt it into a fluid.

(3) Extrusion molding: the melted plastic is extruded through the die head to form the desired shape.

(4) Cooling curing: the extruded plastic is cooled so that it solidifies into a product with higher strength.

2. Blow molding process

(1) Plastic powder ingredients: Mix various plastic powders according to the formula ratio to make raw materials with the required color and performance.

(2) Heating melting: the plastic raw material is heated and melted to make it a thermoplastic liquid.

(3) Mold blow molding: the thermoplastic liquid is injected into the blow molding mold, and it is expanded into the desired shape by mechanical or air pressure.

(4) Cooling curing: the blow molding products are cooled to cure into products with higher strength.

3. Injection molding process

(1) Plastic powder ingredients: A variety of plastic powder is mixed according to the formula ratio to make raw materials with the required color and performance.

(2) Heating melting: the plastic raw material is heated and melted to make it a thermoplastic liquid.

(3) Mold injection molding: the melted plastic is injected into the mold through the injection molding machine, and after a certain time of cooling and curing, the required shape is formed.

(4) Take out the product: take the product out of the mold for subsequent processing and assembly.
