Plastic grinding process
Plastic grinding processing is to break plastic products by mechanical grinding method and further process them into powdered plastic products in order to facilitate the next step of reuse. In actual production, the following steps are usually required:
First, raw material screening and pretreatment
First of all, it is necessary to screen the raw materials, remove debris and foreign bodies, etc., to ensure the quality of raw materials. After that, the raw materials are pre-treated, usually including cleaning, drying and other steps to make the raw materials meet the requirements of processing.
Two, crusher crushing
Feed the pre-treated raw material into the crusher for crushing. Under the action of the crusher, the raw material will be strongly crushed into smaller particles, usually ranging from 1-10mm particle size.
Three, vibration screening
The crushed raw material is sent to the vibrating screen machine for screening. The purpose of this step is to separate particles of different sizes to achieve particle size requirements and to remove residual foreign bodies.
Four, wind separation
After vibrating screening, there are usually some light particles mixed with heavy particles. In this case, the light and heavy particles need to be separated by an air separator.
Five, cooling treatment
In the process of plastic milling, a certain amount of heat will be generated because of the operation of the machine. At this time, the temperature needs to be reduced by cooling treatment, usually using circulating water for cooling.
6. Dust removal of impurities
During processing, plastic grinding materials may be contaminated by impurities such as dust in the air. Impurities need to be filtered through a special dust collector to improve product quality.

At the end, the processed plastic grinding products are packaged and loaded to facilitate the storage, transportation and use of the products.
