Plastic powder coating source
Plastic powder coating source. Some plastics in the synthesis process can be directly obtained by crystallization, but most of the powder powder is about 300um. Some plastics can also get about 300um of rubber powder through spray granulation.
The plastic powder obtained by the crushing process can be achieved by the vast majority of plastics, and some plastics get 200um fine powder at room temperature through the friction, impact, tearing, etc., of the crusher, such as plastics with relatively high glass transition temperature. However, the heat generated by most plastics during the crushing process is enough to melt them and re-bond them together, bringing trapped energy to the crushing. It is difficult to obtain finer plastic powders.
The plastic can be crushed by low temperature grinding method to meet the requirements we need.
Feasibility of low temperature grinding:
The plastic is reduced to below its embrittlement temperature by cold mowing, while ensuring that there is enough cold mowing during the crushing process to take away the heat generated during the splitting process to meet the crushing requirements. The plastic pulverized by impact method in low temperature cryogenic crushing environment is now the trend of high quality requirements.
